As our Wave Solder Master, you'll:

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment - keep those machines humming!
• Prep boards for the wave - set them up for soldering success!
• Operate the solder wave smoothly like a pro - ride that wave!
• Visually inspect solder joints - seek out any imperfections!

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or GED - basic education sets you up for excellence!
• Experience with lead and lead-free wave soldering - show off your skills!
• Ability to identify circuit board components - details matter!
• Computer skills to enter production data - we ❤ technical aptitude!
