At our state-of-the-art facility in Willoughby, Ohio, we use advanced SMT equipment to precisely place itty-bitty components onto circuit boards. We’re looking for a Surface Mount Technician to ensure every minuscule part finds its perfect home. It's delicate work, but so rewarding when those microchips come together!

As our SMT Guru, you'll:

• Operate nimble pick-and-place machines to assemble intricate circuits. Steady hands are a must!
• Run sleek screen printers, AOIs, and other leading-edge tools. Be the maestro of SMT!
• Hand place micro components when needed. Meticulous work for tech aficionados!
• Follow instructions and drawings to build things right. Attention to detail is everything!
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Keep our machines in tip-top shape!

To succeed in this micro assembly role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or GED - basic education is key!
• Ability to interpret technical drawings - know your specs!
• 2+ years experience with surface mount tech - show your skills!
• Adept at identifying tiny electronic components - eagle-eyed talent!
• Computer savvy with Windows - we love technical prowess!
• Extreme precision and attention to detail - steady hands and focus!
