We're searching for a passionate Quality Manager to join our team at our electronic manufacturing headquarters in Willoughby, Ohio. In this critical role, you'll spearhead our quality and process control programs to ensure we deliver the highest-caliber products.

As our Quality Champion, you'll:

• Lead our ISO-based QMS - ensure it's best-in-class!
• Train our crew on SOPs and auditing - educate and motivate!
• Analyze issues, find solutions, take action - be our quality hero!
• Create reports to communicate quality metrics - make data dazzle!
• Manage our test department - seek out improvements!
• Monitor ESD and safety programs - maintain a secure, healthy environment!
• Partner with teams to drive continuous improvements - make us better every day!

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• 5+ years in a quality position - showcase your expertise!
• Experience in electronics manufacturing - know the intricacies!
• ISO, automotive, or medical device experience - specialize in details!
• Process control prowess with PPAP, SPC, etc. - fluent in quality!
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office - technically savvy!
• Leadership skills to guide a team - motivate and inspire!
• Superb communication and relationship abilities - collaborate and educate!
• Lean, Six Sigma or TQM expertise preferred - process improvement passion!
