We're an electronics manufacturing company seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our crew at our state-of-the-art facility in Willoughby, Ohio. In this key role, you'll get to flex your optimization muscles and find ways to boost our performance.

As our Process Optimization Guru, you'll:

• Analyze and enhance our electronics assembly processes - make them leaner and faster!
• Implement 5S, standard work, and other best practices - eliminate waste!
• Support engineering estimates and quotes - ensure accuracy!
• Create and update documents like work instructions - communicate effectively!
• Validate equipment and processes - verify quality!
• Define preventative maintenance procedures - promote uptime!
• Partner with Quality on corrective actions - address issues at the source!
• Instruct operators on equipment and techniques - educate and cross-train!
• Track production data and KPIs - monitor progress!

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Associate's degree in engineering - strong educational foundation!
• 2+ years in electronics manufacturing - experience counts!
• Knowledge of lean methodology - eliminate non-value-add!
• Strong communication and computer skills - collaborate and document!
